Receiver rating is the power what it can output. Speaker rating is maximum power it can handle. In reality how ever your are using only few watts in normal listening volume. So yes, that receiver is more than capable of running those speakers with center and surrounds. And if your receiver has more watts than speakers maximum that is not a problem either as you wont need to use that many watts for listening volumes. If how ever you have more power output on your receiver and you decide to crank it up turn it down immediately when your speakers start to sound bad to avoid damage to your equipment. This same applies for speakers with higher maximum wattage, if it starts to sound bad turn volume down immediately. In speaker ratings, what matters more is the sensitivy rating db/w and those Polks are really sensitive and it makes it easier for receiver to run.
