how to Bi-Amp Denon AVR-2400 with no remote

I just recently purchased an older Denon AVR-2400. Looking in the back you have the ability to use A and B, or you could bi-amp B with A. I beleive the center channel also has this feature. I can't find any buttons on the receiver, don't have the remote either. Could I bridge A and B??

The speaker switches are placed after the amplifier section- it doesn't have four channels. This means that you can't bi-amp with this receiver. You can only bi-amp with a separate channel for each driver. If you were to connect the woofers to speaker A terminals and the speakers' high pass to the speakerB terminals, you would be bi-wiring and there's really no benefit to this if you compare swtandard wiring configuration using adequate speaker wire.
