How should it be wired? What should I do?

Hello, I'm new to ALL of this. I am building a golf sim that I will also use as my home theater. The front speakers need to be behind the screen. The room will be 12' wide 31' long. The screen will be about 2-3 feet from the wall, and seating will be about 25' from the screen. I'm thinking of using pro audio front LCR and a sub behind the screen. Maybe the Guitar Center brand Harbinger (18" subs (2) 12' and horn front LCR). I have kenwood towers and bookshelves from a previous gone setup that I would use as well. The towers for side surround, the bookshelves for rear surround, and bookshelves for atmos. Looking at the Yamaha 2080 receiver. If I dont use powered fronts I'm looking at the Crown xls1002 amps and MTX fronts. Could I only do powered front and run the rest off receiver? Will the receiver power be enough to keep up? Should i use more xls amps and power everything? Or should i use the kenwood towers for front, bookshelves for rear surround (5.2.2) and atmos? The second sub behind the seating (seating maybe 2' from rear wall). I need to keep this on the super low budget, since im still building the room, running wire, and need to buy almost EVERYTHING. What's your input? I'm using a 20 year old kenwood home setup with a non powered sub now, and its in a 12'x16' room. I can get to about 80dB but its no where near enough.

Thanks.
