I tryed a set of parts express 80hz high pass speaker level crossovers and I like how my 2.2 system sounds with no bass going to my towers, but I want to cross them before the amp, and I connect from my DAC to the amp with XLR's so unlike in my other systems Fmods arent going to cut it....
So I talked to the Stan at Harrison labs {really nice guy} and he is going to make me a pair of high pass XLR fmods, I am then going to stop using the speaker level inputs on my subs, and just feed them with the RCA outputs on my DAC... Im hoping this works out....
With the towers crossed at 80hp and the sub crossed at 80lp it sounded so much clearer, and the amp seemed to be working a lot less at high volumes....
I cant wait to get these babies hooked in...
