How does this crossover work

Could anyone tell me how this subwoofer crossover works? Mainly at what level does it filter the highs from the woofer.

Sorry about the crude drawing... I did it up quickly with paint. The capacitor and resistor do connect across the circuit in series. Part of one line did not come out.

It will depend on the impedance of the driver. . . . and that changes with frequency so it will be difficult to come up with a precise answer.
