for home theater and for classic music listening purpose?

Of the choices given I would take the Def Tech. Bose is way overpriced and are not very good - they just have very good marketing. Sony doesn't make very good speakers either as far as I know. The Polks and Deftechs are better.

Polks and Def Tech over the other 2 brands you mentioned anyday, everyday.
BOSE is over marketed over hyped expensive crap. I'd even choose the Sony over them.

Any speakers that are not Bose are better than Bose by definition.

From the OP's choices, I'd take DefTech over Sony and Bose any day. Do get out and listen though as there are lots of good speakers out there.

If you check my signature you will see a pair of 17 yr old Polk RTA-8T speakers listed driven by listed equipment & have never sounded better.

They will stomp all over Bose 24/7/365.

So by all means pick them up & enjoy!
