My friend is a Cambridge Soundworks fanatic, at the moment my speakers suck but I am interested in cambridge soundworks. I have a friend who has a pair of M80's, and he loves them, they sound awesome. I can get a pair of M80's for $320, brand new they run for $500. So how does these speakers stack at similar ones, at least money wise? I am thinking of getting a denon 2807 to go with those.

I have the M80's in a room upstairs (12x12) that's setup for stereo listening.
I really like them. For a pair of bookshelf's they sound surprisingly good.
When I first got them, I took them apart. If I didn't like them, my plan was to send them back.
What I found was a heavy,(28 LBS each) well braced box. Also, a well made crossover, with metallized propylene capacitors, and shielded drivers.
When I purchased at $500, I thought that was a bargain. If you can get them at $320, they're a steal!

I have M 60s and MC 400

in my bedroom setup, and I like them both for music and movies. They are a very good speaker, especially in their price range.
