how do outlaw compair to onkyo 805

before i spend the money on a used onkyo 805 how does it compair to outlaws offerings? i notice the older 990 can be had for 699 now and the new 997 has a sticker of 1300 and some really nice features (on paper).

I mean, the 805 is full featured and with tremendous power and can be find for as low as $449.
Outlaw or anything else just don't compared.
