The best spell check is yourself. Before hitting the enter button, reread your post. Young folks rely too much on spell check. Back in the day, there was no such thing as spell check. You were either right, or an idiot. ;)

Right above the selection of smilies is a spell check icon. If I remember right I had to download something to enable it but it works great when I remember to use it. :)

Spell Check Found !

Alex2507,

THANK YOU for pointing that out ! With my poor eyesight at my age, and stiff finger joints, I just GOT to have a little help in that area, and try to check my script, every time (before) I post it. Which brings up another point.

Given that it never hurts to RE-read what you are about to Post, often times things slip by which aren't all that clear, and on other Websites have found it necessary to put a comma or other punctuation in the script, after it's posted, like the next day, when I re-read it. I always try to go back, and read what I wrote, cold. Very revealing at times!

I wish this Website would give us a little more slack on the length of time we had, to EDIT the Posts. Seems like you have that ability, as long as you are online that time, and when you logon the next time, you don't! Hope that Administration finds the heart to change that, I'd really like to have the ability to Edit my Posts for a few days after they're posted, anyway.

I found that the URL that Mat34 posted, was the same as:
http://www.iespell.com/download.php
which is the direct link to the C-Net Website, for the free download of ieSpell 2.5.1 Build 106, and it works quite well.

Again, thank you for the tip !

Have a good Day ! :)

I used to do the copy paste thing, but for reasons that are too annoying to get into, I use ieSpell now... and love it.

RR93,
Yes, that's exactly what I had been doing, before I found where to down load the Spell Check, as I mentioned in my Post #7. But thanks anyway ! ;)

#5,
I couldn't agree with you more on the "annoying" part of that CnP.

Additionally I see, that if you don't have the IESpell loaded on your system, you can just check on the "ABC/checkmark" at the upper right corner of the Reply Screen, and be directed to the down load.

Thank both of you for your kind replies.

Have a good Day ! :)
