How do I create a sig and/or bio?

New to this forum, but I've been around other forums for a lot of years.... can't seem to find where/how to add a bio to my "about" section in my profile, or how to add a detailed signature. I see other users have lots of gear details in their signatures. Help?

Click on your profile and on your profile page go to "your account" for your sig and bio. There's a list of options on the left. Whether or not there's a minimum post requirement tho, I'm not sure.
