How can I extend my speaker wires' length?

Hello-

Is there any good way attach one end of one set of wires to another, seperate set of wires? For example, I have extra cable and want to lengthen the wires that go to my rear speakers. Can I add more length by attaching another segment to the existing wire without losing any signal? Is there any kind of connector available for purchase?

Pretty much ANY electrical connector will do what you are asking. It doesn't need to be anything fancy. Check Radioshack.
