House Reno - Need advice for new setup

Just in the final stages of a major renovation on my house. Added a second floor and completely redid the first floor. The layout for the living room changed to an open concept into the kitchen dining room so its one large space... The 52" TV will,be wall mounted with a cabinet below on the floor for components... There is one wall to the right side with a large window in the center and a corner fireplace just to the right of the tv. Left side is open to the kitchen dining room and behind the space is now a stairwell with a vaulted ceiling. I currently have an Onkyo HT-S7500 7.1 system that came in a box. The receiver has 135 watts per channel and should be fine for now to run the new setup. The sub is a powered 10" and may or may not work with the new setup sound wise but I may try it first and get a dif one if needed.

I'm looking to get new floor towers for each side of the cabinet on the floor and a center speaker to put on top of the cabinet. I need to use ceiling mount speakers for the Left & Right surrounds as well as the Left & Right Rear speakers. My budget is $2000, I was originally looking into AIM7 twos or threes from speaker craft for the ceiling but have since been talking with a Crutchfield rep and they recommended the following setup:

POLK AUDIO
Towers: RTi A5 (X2)
Center: CSi A6
Ceiling LS/RS & LR/RR: 620-RT (X4)

I've already considered upgrading the RTi A5's to the A7's but not sure if I should or not... The room size if you break it into a box would be roughly 16' front to back and 12.5' wide.

I've attached an image of the floor plan with the rough layout i drew over it with a vectors program. I originally thought of using all ceiling mount speakers but have since realized that the best sound comes from the three front main speakers L/R & C...

Please let me know your thoughts and recommendations for what I am looking to do, the house is at the wiring stage now so anything I need can be done now as far as hard wiring and location etc. I can't use in wall for the right side as we only have 2x4 walls and they will be spray foamed...not to mention that full window as well.
