I apologize if this has been asked and answered before. (Im sure it has)
My wife has informed me that the 8 yr old Phillips 55" TV we have needs to go. I would prefer a 60" or 65" or bigger. Not sure if any quality 70"+ Televisions are in my budget.
The Bose Lifestyle 20 can't handle the 4k throughput anyway, so may as well replace the surround sound as well.
Budget is $5000 TOTAL
Needs at least 3 HDMI inputs on the surround (XBox One, PS3 (soon to be PS4) for streaming and BluRay, and DirecTV Genie DVR)
I would prefer not to have to run speaker wires for rear channels. I have been looking at the soundbar options with wireless sub. I have no experience with soundbars, however, and am not sure if I would like the pseudo-surround of them.
And advice would be helpful.
