I'm building a home theater from the groubd up and don't want to waste but get a great system. Below is what I have picked out but unsure if I missed anything or have extra equipment that is not needed. Plus I am installing it all so I am not an expert (yet).

Epson Home Cinema 5030UB 1080p 3D 3LCD Home Theater Projector
Universal Projector Drop-in Ceiling Mount
STR-169100 Silver Ticket 100" Diagonal 16:9 4K Ultra HD
Denon AVR-S710W 7.2 Channel Full 4K Ultra HD AV Receiver
Acoustic Audio HD728 7.2 Home Theater Speaker System (White)
Sony BDPS6500 3D 4K Upscaling Blu-ray Player with Wi-Fi
Acoustic Audio WS1005 Subwoofer Amplifier
Master Cable - 14 Gauge 105 Strand CL3 Rated 2-conductor

It seems like you picked nice projector, Receiver and BD player... BUT huge glaring issue is your choices in sound system - Acoustic Audio HD728 ??? It's crap and it costs accordingly. 9 speakers for $300??
it's $33 per speakers including profit. How much technology/materials do you suppose could go into such speaker?

As it stands now, I scrap everything and start over. Begin by telling us your budget and goals.

Agreed. That audio system is horrendous and is not worthy of the video system you are setting up. Excellent projection system, but the speakers are wal-mart junk.

Two questions:
1. Is there some reason to go with all in-wall speakers?
2. What can you budget for speakers?

When you answer #2, aim high. Then triple it. :)

I would like to stay in the 4k range for everything. It would be 2800 for eveything but the speakers. I dont need to go in the wall speakers, I would like to ceiling (drop ceiling throughout) if possible to save floor space and easier wiring. The room is 12.5w x 25l x 8 h.

Josh, you're budgeting 30% for speakers and 70% for other. Most of us would agree this is backwards. A split like this can give you good video but lousy audio.

Think about what you want, and remember this is an audiophile forum. People here think the impact of great audio is what makes a system. Unless you sit within sneezing distance of the screen, you can't tell 720 from 1080 from 4k. But you can certainly hear crappy audio. And the floor shaking, chest thumping bass will make or break a home theater. Think of going to a movie theater with the latest & greatest screen, but the audio is from a transistor radio.

If you're set on that budget split, we can still offer much better suggestions than what you picked.

I was able to find a different projector. I would like to stay around 1500 for speakers
