Home speaker install

My home is wired for speakers in almost every room in the house. The wires are not labelled so I'm not sure where they all go. I have plates in the walls and ceilings. I would like to connect my Denon AVR in my living room to the speakers in my kitchen ceiling. I have 2 plates in my kitchen ceiling and one plate in the kitchen wall. there are 3 stuctured wire cables 16 AWG that lead to the wall plate. 1 cable has 4 conductors and the other 2 cables have 2 conductors. My guess is the 4 conductor cable leads to the living room and the other 2 cables lead to the 2 ceiling plates. Does this setup look familiar to anyone? Not sure how to connect them. See Image of wall plate in kitchen.

Lacking something like a cable tracer, you’ll just to have to hook up speakers at the various locations and connect the wires to the Denon one pair at a time. The multi will have the black and red as one pair of speakers, and the other colors as the second pair. The wall plate in the kitchen is probably for a volume control. If you aren’t going to put one in, tie the wires together and put a blank plate over it.
