HK 325 - buzz out of SBL speaker

My 2-1/2 yr old 325 now has a low buzz out of the surround-back-left speaker when in any 7 channel configuration. If I set it to zone 2, everything's fine. I've tried it with different speakers & different wire with no change.
Has anyone else had this happen, & if so, was it repairable?

If this issue is only with one channel and you have eliminated wires or speakers, you have an internal problem. Fixable, yes. Cost effective? Only you can tell by getting an estimate and see.

We have been discussing the Behringer super amps for about $180. That may be an option if you can have an external amp to that channel or both rears?

I think the problem's with the surround decoding, not the amp. When I set the surround back amps to zone 2, the buzz disappears.
I'll contact HK Canada after Christmas & see what they say.

Yes, contact them. But now as you further described the issue, it must be a cold joint in the zone 1 side of the house, not in the decoding as the same decoder is used for zone two.
