Hilarious photos of DIY speaker mods

A few years ago someone posted some hilarious photos of his DIY speaker mods. They were guitar amp speaker cabinets that had seen better days. Drivers had punctured cones – they looked kicked in. Grill cloth was shredded. The cabinets looked dry-rotted-old, were braced with 2×4s attached with duct tape. And they were modded with super tweeters . The wiring was exposed and ragged looking.

I'd like to find those photos, but I don't remember the thread. I've tried AH Forum Search and Google Images search but haven't found them. Can anyone help?

Sorry, I don't. But I think this photo described pretty much the "extraordinary" DIY project.

That was one of my favorite threads. He was pulling everybodies chain prior to posting those pics. As I recall, it was a pretty fun thread to watch. The picture of course is a classic. Saved in my collection. I miss guys that like
