Hiding speaker wire?

I have to run 2 pair of 16awg speaker wire on each side of room. Are there products or techniques to help hide the wireing?
any tips appreciated

if you have carpet you can probbably put the wire under the baseboard. Sometimes not. Depends on how it was put on and the carpet you have.

You could buy some plastic conduit (only looks good if your walls are the same colour as the conduit).

What I did (as part of a complete room renovation) was to route a channel in the back of the skirting board, and run it there.
