Hidden Stealth speakers in the wall

I saw these speakers (http://www.stealthacoustics.com/pages/F6.htm) on HGTV home improvement show. They fit into new construction 16" oc studs.
They attracted my wife and I because you screw em into the studs and sheet rock around them. mud around the dotted line and sand. up to 4 coats of latex paint can go over them without affect the sound quality. They are truely invisible. So I called the manufacturer and ordered a pair of f6's and the B32 subwoofer (http://www.stealthacoustics.com/pages/B32.htm). The b32 subwoofer is a passive Sub. since there is no room for an amplifier in the wall. They sell a sub-woofer amplifier which has 250 watts at .08thd. (http://www.stealthacoustics.com/pages/250R.htm) Can I just wire the sub from the left and right front speaker outputs and then to the main speakers?
Or should I buy the sub amplifier they sell or get one of those amplifier plates like parts express sells. I plan on getting like a Yamaha rx-v1500 receiver to run the f6's . This is all going in a new kitchen, the f6's in a slope ceiling about 10 feet up and the Sub goes between two joists down low. thanks Scotty

I have no idea how paint won't affect the sound...seems a bit backwards.

However the concept is great.

As far as the sub, go for an amp, subwoofers take lots of power.

You can also get away with a partsexpress plate as well, you just have to run a speaker cable as far as needed.
