Please forgive my english, not my native language but I hope you understand me.
About 6 months ago I bought from Amazon a Pioneer AVR VSX-1122-K after a friends recommendations, few days ago I was installing some new second zone outdoor speakers and after I installed I did a reset on the unit.
After that reset my unit no longer connect to my house network and the USB port is not working either, in this condition I cannot use airplay or did an update to the unit.
All I got from the unit is a mesage that advice me it's applying changes but after 6 hours nothing happens.
Desperately looking for some advice, I have been trying to contact Pioneer customer support but all I got was a request to call them by phone, I did it 3 times already and all i get is an answering machine telling me that I have to wait for at least 20 or 35 min on line and I'm caling from South America and those call are going to cost me a lot.
Does anybody here has an advice for me other than trow it away?
