Theater research are notorious "white van" speakers. Do a search for white van to find out what they are and you will find them on a few lists. I have never heard them but others may chime in with advice...

yeah, simple, don't buy them. Lamb Fries is right on about those being famous "white van" speakers. I've never seen the white van guys here in Louisville. I can't believe some people get dooped by those guys; it stinks.

White van specials are horrible speakers. They come up to you saying that they "accidentally" overstocked there van for crossing the border and that they have to get rid of them before crossing. Well that’s what they say to us border town folks.

I guess half the time the speaker’s internal wires are not even connected.

Being that they are 'white van' and 'fly by night ' brand they sure go through a lot of effort to make quite a few lines of speakers.....wierd.
