I've played with the speaker locations,sound 'right' in that location, no floor boundry interference...
equidistance form each other and the walls...
they might actully need to be a bit closer (for sound, not appearence), soundstage sounds a bit spread/thin
plus their location allows cabinet/shelf access and clearance for the dogs running thru, lol, pretty safe up there
inherent constraints, lol
the room is pretty big, 15 x 35 or so, another 15' or so to the rear of the photo perspective location, dining area
bottled gas fireplace, no real heat, only ambience, not used
the amp location is tricky, shelves are too narrow, thought about cutting an opening in the back (closet is on the backside)
looks better with the new cabinet, thought about an amp stand/small table
