Overall a pretty decent movie. a bit of more typical Clintwood direction. Somewhat open ended story, but like I said before - worth a "rent" but I doubt I'd ever watch it again..

I was middling on the movie, but thought it was pretty good. What's fascinating to me, though, is how Eastwood seems to be directing himself into the great white light. He signed off from cowboys years ago in The Unforgiven (excellent), seemed to be doing his final role in Grand Turino but continues to direct in his meditation on death in Hereafter. I don't know where he goes with this theme from here.
