I'm retarded with audio... anyway, I have an Oppo 981, a Wii, connected to my Westinghouse LVM-42W2. I'm thinking of buying the Axiom Audio M3Ti speakers. I would want all sound to go through the speakers. So I think I would need to connect the speakers to the receiver then run both sources through the receiver to the TV... right? So anyone have any suggestions for receivers that would fit my needs?

You are correct in your connection scheme. As to what receiver would be best, that's a real can of worms. If you give us a budget, room size, and any other video or audio sources, you'll get a lot of good advice.

Budget is probably around 300-500 dollars if possible.. I'm on vacation right now, I'll get back to you with the room size. It is about average for a living room I think though. As long as it has at least 1 HDMI and a couple component I should be fine with connections.
