I am buying a Media Center addition Dell. I am going to also buy an extender and run Media Center from my Dell with a wired ethernet cable to the Linksys extender at the tv. The extender will run my optical, composite video, and s video connections to my Sony Dolby Digital reciever/and tv.
This is where my question comes in. SInce I am using my Receiver for my surround sound, do I still need a surround sound card in my computer? Any help understanding this would be greatly appreciated.
