Help with outdoor speaker wire

Hello,

I need to run speaker wire outside. I have looked for burial wire locally, but have not been able to find.

I purchased UF-B 14/2 (600) volts Outdoor Electrical Wire with Ground. It is rated for burial.

Is this wire OK for speakers?

Yes it is. Basically any wire will work for speakers if it is of sufficient gauge. As long as it's flexible enough for your tastes, then you're good to go. In the future, when you're looking for outdoor speaker wire, look for low voltage landscaping wire.
