help with optiCal cable setup

I have a Vizio soundbar with a single optical audio cable input. I have an Xbox 360 and dish network receiver that I need to share the audio. How can I do this without unplugging the optical wire everytime I want to switch?

Does your TV have an optical output? If yes, then all the connections go to TV (even if that means some are HDMI rather than optical), the the TV optical out goes to the sound bar.

Otherwise, something like this. I have not used this or any others, so I can't say how well they work or what model, but there are solutions already on the market.
