Help with HT upgrade ideas

I am upgrading my HT system and need some advice on existing Receiver.

Present system:

Denon 3200 85 watt 5.1 (5-6 years old)
Vandersteen 1c fronts
Vandersteen Center
Klipch rear (to be changed out with Vandersteen)
New HDTV ( havn't decided on this yet)

What I need advice on is whether I should add a amp to the Denon I have or go for a new receiver or possibly seperates:
Budget 1000 - 1200
Denon 3805
Pioneer 56txi
Marantz 7400

I am looking at an Adcom GFA 7605 or Sunfire Grand Series 5 both used or similar amp to add to the 3200 if I keep it.

Any suggestions at all will be appreciated.

the Sunfires are considered overrated in everything I have read... unless you actually need a third room or the still-to-be-approved digital link to a 3910 DVD player, it seems the Denon 2805 is a much more sensible purchase than the 3805...
