Every other video plays fine.

I have all the updates and the latest version of Adobe Flash player.

Any ideas, oh great computer gurus?

I just got "chosen" to do our church's books and all the instructions for the software in in youtube videos and I don' read lips too well.

did you tried to use chrome? Chrome has it's own built-in flash plugin

EDIT: I'd try Mozilla Firefox first. (Meaning, before you roll back IE11)

I know a lot of accounting programs were having trouble with the latest update of IE11.
Online banking info & transactions weren't working properly.
Intuit's online payroll wouldn't work either.
We ended up rolling IE back to version 9.

In your case I think it's more of an Adobe issue.
Try going back to an earlier version of flash player.

Are the videos offered in the HTML5 player? That being said IE11 is giving many businesses big headaches with web based software. We have had to install a variety of blocks to stop any IE upgrades.

Go here and request to use it: https://www.youtube.com/html5

Thanks, gents. From what I read on the net (and that never lies, ya know) this is a common problem with windows 7 and IE. I'll play with Chrome and see what happens.
