Help w/ Receiver Choice

Hi Guys,

My family recently moved into a house and the basement happened to be wired for surround sound. I'm looking into purchasing a "beginners/budget" 7.1 receiver to go along with some budget speakers. Currently looking at these receivers:

Denon AVR-688
Onkyo R591
Onkyo R590
Sony STR-DH520

I'm trying to keep the price at or below $200. I understand this isn't going to get me anything award winning. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

$200 budget will be best used by looking at your local Craigslist or equivalent.

With that budget, I believe he already is looking at Accessories4Less at the refurbs.

Craigslist has a ton of stuff in my area, but almost nothing with HDMI, especially the newest version, and under $200.

I'm no huge fan of Onkyo, but the 591 has 4 HDMI inputs, handles 3D, and handles HD audio formats. Certainly for the money, it seems like a good way to go. Just make sure to give any Onkyo product a good deal of airflow.
