Hi Pratik! I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with any good sources of audiophile gear who ship to Dubai. Of that list of choices, I suppose option 3 is probably the best, but that's not saying much. You would get much better sound if you could find mains that go down to 80Hz or lower and at least a 10" subwoofer. Do you have any sources where you could buy JBL speakers? Or if you could find a source for the Andrew Jones designed Pioneer speakers (larger than the home-theater-in-a-box satellites you found), that'd be worth considering.
The Denon AVR-X500 receiver isn't bad.
http://www.thomsun.com/en/member-companies/by-sector/electronics.html shows a list of retail outlets in Dubai. It looks like they sell some pretty good stuff. Maybe you could go have a listen. Try to limit yourself to bookshelf speaker size or larger for your front stage (left-center-right). Satellites like you have in your list are probably OK for the surrounds, though, if you're on a limited budget.
