Help....suggestions for small fronts

Here is my dilemma....

I need a pair of front speakers for my Home Theatre with the following parameters:
1) Must be smaller, 12" x 9" or so to be hung on speaker mounts in the corners of my living room with measures about 16' W by 22' L with 9 ft ceilings.
2) Price range: $400-600 a pair
3) Used about 50/50 for music and movies
4) Have Yamaha RX-V663 AVR
5) Mirage s8 sub
6) Boston AcousticsDSi265

This may be a repeat of others but could not a similar thread....

You may possibly find better, since you have a decent budget, but the first thing that comes to mind is the Ascend Acoustics 170-SE.

- Easy to drive (663 will do just fine)
- 12" x 9" x 10"
- very easy to wall mount


They are a great value, just place them as well as you can. Not too close to corner/boundary if you can help it, and hopefully not way too high... but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I think that these would be more forgiving in placement than some others because of what appears to be very good off-axis response. But, try your best anyways.

But, hmmmm...when did 6th Ave pick up Paradigm??? They claim to be authorized dealer, but Paradigm site does not confirm....
