HELP! Spades for NAD M3???

I want to use spade connectors for my speaker cables on my NAD M3. Does anyone know what connectors will work with the unique binding posts of the M3? There is a clear plastic sleeve over the binding posts with a slit that the spade slides into. I've tried different spades and either the outside is too wide to fit into the sleeve, or it fits into the sleeve but not big enough to fit over the binding post. Frustrating!!!

Why are you so determined to use spade connectors? Why don't you just use banana plugs and call it good?

I'm currently using bannana plugs and it's a pretty tight squeeze in my Salamander rack. Using spades would free up enough space so there wouldn't be as much stress on the cables.
