Help Setting Up Audio Across 3 Rooms

I just moved into a new house that is pre-wired for speakers in several rooms.

Here is what I need to setup:

5.1 Surround in Family Room
4 Speakers outside around pool
2 Speakers in Living Room

Is there a way I can control these rooms independently from one receiver? I have a Denon AVR-484 receiver as the main box for my surround and would like to use this as possible.

If necessary, I also have a Kenwood KR-V5560 receiver from my old surround system that I can use as a second receiver, if needed. My surround system is made up of Paradigm speakers, and everything else built into the house is Infinity. (not that it really matters)

Most of the switches I've seen would have me loosing the 5.1 surround sound in my family room, but I'm certain there must be a simple solution around it that I'm missing in translation.

What would be the easiest way to set this up? The cheapest?

I'm not an audio guy, so detailed instructions, links to actual products, etc. are very helpful. Thanks!

Ideally you’ll need a 3-zone receiver, plus separate amplification for all the extra speakers.

Alternately you could use the Denon’s VCR or Tape Out jacks to the Kenwood, and use a speaker selector switch to connect all the secondary speakers to it. This would maintain 5.1 capability in the Family room, but you would not have any kind of independent control for the secondary zones (Kenwood). They would only get whatever source you’ve selected on the Denon. And while the volume control would be separate between the Denon and Kenwood, there would be no separate volume control for the living room or pool.

So if you can live with those issues, you can get your multi-room up and running for only the price of a speaker selector switch.
