Try to unplug for five minutes, be patient and wait five minutes, plug back in wait one minute power on if unit powers on and stays on press and hold ENTER and VIDEO 2 at the same time to try a forced reset.

If that fails to resolve your issue try this , unplug for five minutes again , plug in and wait one minute , power on , press and hold "down arrow" and the "zone2 on/off button" for a few seconds.

Some owners have stated that they have had better luck leaving unit unplugged for up to "Ten" minutes, so keep that in mind if the first attempt fails.

Thank you for the reply, I have tried all ways as page 95 of the Guidelines but still no results, SC25 is still there.
What you wish in any way to help fix.

Thank you for answering me, I have used all the measures according to his instructions and page 95 of the user manual but still come back and POWER ON on display. Can you tell me what need to check inside the SC25 not, where to start if there is no damage, then check out what's next.
Thank you so much

Unless you are an experienced tech, with good test equipment, you are at the end of the road and now need professional help. However, it often turns out that recycling the unit and buying a new receiver is the cheapest approach. I suspect the unit is out of warranty. Was that unit bought new or as a refurb?
What speakers are you using. This ICE amps in those units do not like complex or low impedance loads at all.

You might try a pressing the power button with the unit unplugged.
