Torn between getting a Dayton 10" for my computer equipped with audioengine a5 or an audioengine s8? Dayton is much cheaper and have heard great things any help is appreciated

I think the 12" was sold out because they were only $99. If you they are back in stock and still that price, I'd jump on it.

I installed a Dayton Sub10 for a customer of mine about a year ago. I was very unimpressed with that sub. Very boomy & hollow sounding. Maybe they have improved on the design but i could never recommend the Sub10.

Ive heard great things about their Reference line but the $ is a lot more for those.

Id be looking to buy used & plan on $200. That would get you better performance!
