Help! (Onkyo TX-NR727) Display only shows Z3 and we can't transfer to another mode. What to do?

Hi! My dad bought an Onkyo TX NR727. I'm not sure what happened but when it's connected to a power outle the display only shows Z3 and won't transfer to another mode. We were able to use this normally beforehand.

What should we do so we can use it again to connect to another audio source? My dad misplaced the manual.. :'(

Press the Zone 3 button on the receiver and then the ON/STANDBY button. That should turn off Zone 3. Or, press Zone 3 button on the remote control and then the RECEIVER power button on the remote control. See if either of those two work.
