:confused:I have a Aiwa compact disk stereo system and would like to hook up a KLH ASW8-120B subwoofer. The stereo only has one plugin for a subwoofer, but there are so many connections on the back of the subwoofer and I do not have the books for either and do not know where the wire goes.
Also do I run the left/right front speakers from the subwoofer?

The sub has multiple types of inputs for flexibility so you can hook it up to a wide variety of gear. You only need to use one of them, not all of them.

If the single connection on the stereo is an RCA jack then you just need one cable with an RCA plug on both ends and you connect it to the line-level input on the sub (may be labeled 'in', 'sub in', 'line-in', etc).

Wow, that text makes my eyes hurt...

If it has a R&L input, you can usually use one or the other of those or even use a Y splitter to go to both.
