Help,New Sub or Speakers?

Im trying to decide what to upgrade 1st.
any advice on which would be the better first upgrade

new front speakers or new sub

im looking to buy either an SVS PB12/ISD2 sub or PARADIGM Studio 40 speakers to replace the polk's.
Which would be a better upgrade to start?sub or speakers?

YAMAHA HTR 5250 reciever

I believe the gains from upgrading your sub will be much more than from upgrading your mains.

thats what i think also.
and it is alot cheaper then upgrading the speakers for now

80% movies, definately sub first.

Plus, you should try not to mix teh center speaker and fronts. Buy all new front (center included) at the same time.

My sub amp went out, really really missed it. Couldn't believe the diff when it was repaired. Go with the sub

went with the dual because its a large room and i cant really place it in a corner.
