I am a real satrter here, Just invested in A LCD SONY 46inches. Want to upgarde from my 5 year old JVC home theater in a box. I realised latter it was only BOOM BOOM sound and not much. Would like the traditional nice wooddy stereo sound with some good Bass to support and not echos to annoy the neighbours only
I like anytype of soft, nice musical ( sounds) and enkoy good cinemas as well. Want to invest in a reasonable speaker system ( floor standings and surrounds with Subwoofer ). want to make up a sytem by buying seperate components. Any suggestions on good speakers ( international brands ) and amplifiers ( my room size is 8 Mtrs by12 mtrsapprox. Budget is around 1500 for speakers and around 1000 US$ for amp. Need HDMI)
I just saw the KEF1Q5 speakers adn was impressed. Any opinions? I feel I want to go for atleast 100 watts per channel which even my old JVC speakers and amp supported.
Well any better options below the budjet is also more than welcome. I am though cutting my teeth now in this HI FI subject and live in Holland, hence spoke of international brands.
Please help before I loose my hard earned money on some big brand advertisers.
