HDMI switching help needed?
Trying to setup the following equipment and I am having trouble with the hdmi switching..The problem is as follows:
Yamaha 4600 receiver source.
Sony 60" sxrd is the monitor
Denon 2910 dvd player
HD satelite receiver - express VU
When I switch the input from satelite to dvd I get nothing but fuzz unless the dvd is powered off first and then turned on after I make the input switch to dvd? Am I missing something in the setup or is it possible that these components wont allow for hdmi switching together?
I have the satelite wired via optical for audio and DVI converted to hdmi
The dvd player is pure hdmi to the 4600 and hdmi out to the sony tv
