i want to make some cables for my system but i am unsure of what type of wire to by. I want to make; sub woofer , digital , component video, composite video ,
and analog audio. also what is best for the ends crimp, solder or compression.

Why do you want to make them when you can buy them so reasonably?

RG-59 or RG-6 works for the sub. Try any of the sites recommended here on the forum.

Actually, those will work for all his needs, less speaker cable.
