i have this altec lansing system that i want to use in the garage. it broke (screwdriver meet woofer alcohol was involved) and i want to fix it back up and maybe upgrade it http://www.rbmods.com/content/10423/first-look-at-the-speakers.aspx looking to upgrade the woofer and maybe the speakers (but probably not). how limited am I? i could easily keep the same box and make it bigger and get a slightly larger woofer driver maybe something in the 7-8" range, but then I'm not sure how i would modify the circuit board to run a more powerful sub i have a decent electronics knowledge just not with audio
