Help me pick out a new pair of headphones

Ok so I would like to buy a new pair of headphones but I do not pay a hefty price just need some good buds. Ok so I have these headphone for about two years. MDR-E10LP/PBLUE I buy these every 3 months or so they are 9 dollars. Which is a good price and they have some good sound. They focis on alot mid and not alot on bass. I am looking for something less the 50 dollars. Its not the price that bothers just do not want to pay that much for them. They do have some bass however when you hold them in your ears they sound really great. I am ready for a upgrade. I just bought a pair at walmart tonight mdrex58v and they suck. I have been looking cx300 by seisnnheir. However I do not want any headphones that are tuned for bass. I want them to have a good bass but not at the price of sound quality so mid range is good. Any ideas on what I am looking for? Also I want to clarity and loudness nothing weak. I want to use these headphones for movies and music and for my computer any ideas?

The skullcandy I mentioned above are fantastic value for the money. Good bass, mids and highs and comfy too.

The other option would be these. Grados have exceptional sound clarity but I find them a bit uncomfortable for my small ears:
