I wouldn't bother. Unless you are sure that the 663 has separate power supplies for each of it's channels, which I highly doubt. Even if it does the Klipsch are very sensitive so I don't think it would be worthwhile.

It doesn't matter. Whatever is easiest for you. I personally use banana plugs because I move my system around a lot. Unless you have some specific desire for some type of termination I would just use bare wires.

Yes, it does.

I assume that the hdmi cable is for the 663 to your tv. Does the cable box have an hdmi output? If not you will probably need a digital audio cable to connect it to your avr. I am assuming that the cable box and ps3 will come with the video cable necessary.

Yes out of your receiver. There should be a sub out on your 663. I would also check your crossover on your main speakers since you are using a sub. There should be a sub crossover and it depends on your speakers. Smaller speakers crossover point would be between 100 and 160 depending on you speakers frequency response.:)

There are several different video and audio outputs that use rca jacks.

For video you have Component Video, which will have 3 jacks like so:

or there is Composite Video, which is the familiar single yellow jack. If you have the Component output on your cable box, you will want to use that instead of Composite.

For audio there is the standard red and white connectors that I'm sure you are familiar with. Also there is digital coax which would be a single orange jack. you will want to use the digital coax output if your cable box has it.

You can buy the corresponding cables from BJC and run them to the 663. The 663 will send the video on to your tv through the hdmi cable.

As for the subwoofer, yes all it needs is the one cable.
