Hello and good day, I'm wanting to build a sub, I'm a novice in the tech of it all and my head is spinning with to many specs. So here I am, humble for advice. For starts, my room is
4,480 sq. feet, that is 14’ wide 40 feet long 8’ high. Viewing area is 16’ from center channel.
I have tools and am not dangerous using them.

My goal is to build a box, ported or sealed ? Ill need a design. balsa wood or concrete? Plate amps n Drivers hmmm ?? My budget is $5-700.. 1 sub or 2 hmmm ??

I am looking to shake my face during cannon fire, and I despise muddy base.
So there you have it. Thank you in advance for dumming down for me.

I would be looking at Mtg90's V.B.S.S. sub. I have heard this thing myself, it is amazing what such a low cost sub can do. You could build two, power them both with an iNuke, and be in budget. It is designed for maximum performance for minimum investment, which is what most of Mtg90's projects aims seem to be.
