Hi

Am thinking of adding a Radio to my system as an additional source for music

need some information please

1. Is HD radio a viable option (am based from Dublin OH) I have heard that the reception is still a bit iffy?? which are some of the better tuners? Will DAB tuners catch HD transmission in US?
2. XM/Sirius - some recommendations for tuners

3. Web radio - is the signal quality good?

Thanks

what are you looking to accomplish? News, talk, sports or music? As for sat radio imo you will need to run an external antena to get the best reception. Web radio would only be an option imo if you have a fast enough connection for no drop outs. If your going to unvest in hd radio that means your also going to invest in a good tuner. There are a couple that have sat/fm combo, for one http://www.magnumdynalab.com/fmtuner-md109.htm

Thanks for the suggstion....I followed it

Hi

Thanks, after some thought and research I decided to follow your suggestion. I have gone in for a Dynalab MD 102 tuner with DAC as an addon and ST 2 as the antenna. I spoke with Larry at Dynalab and he was very helpful. I am expecting the delivery of stuff by end of this week:)
