I just purchased my first AVR, a HK 254. After reading through the manual and following the instructions therein to the letter, I am still having a great deal of difficulty in setting this thing up. My Xbox shows up in black and white, with no sound (despite having plugged in an HDMI cable into the right spots), and I can't get anything above 480i from any of my sources. Does anyone know of a "Sesame Street"-style guide to setting this thing up?
