i would need help for my denon avr-2313ci
i have intermitent issue and i can't solve them
the unit is about 14 months old, problems started at about 6 months of use.
the connection to the network failed once for a night and it maybe took 2 or 3 week to do it again, then the problem occured more and more, at 11 months i still could not find when or a reason, so i sent the unit to the repair shop, it came back and few days after the unit did'nt opened up, in order restart the unit, i had to disconnect the unit for few seconds and reconnect it. at first i did'nt really thought about it but few days after the warranty expired, the problem became more ofter, then the network started to fail again.
now, 2 months later, 2 to 3 time per week, the power problem occur. a quick reset always solve the issue but the network is a little more tricky, it need 30 minutes disconnected from the power to come back.
i tried contacting denon but i don't think they really care about their customer. so now i'm turning to you guys to help me.
