Help deciding between 2 receivers

So I am deciding between the two receivers below, I will be using it with 2 Pol Audio Monitors 70s and a sub which I have not decided on yet. Trying to understand what is the difference here. The 1300x has Dolby Atmos, DTS-X, HDCP 2.2 and high-res audio. While the 2100X has Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Pro Logic IIz, DTS-HD Master Audio and 4K upscaling. So I'm really just hoping for an explanation on what each of these receivers are better suited for and what the features offer. Thanks

The x2100 is NOT HDCP 2.2 compliant whereas the x1300 is. That is a significant difference for most. This is especially true for those that are going 4K. Focus on the features as there will be very little difference power wise.

Why not go with the X2200 which is about $50 more and will meet your current interest and it's HDCP 2.2 complaint...Cheers
